Today in class you weren't here. We were sent to Ms.Fraiser's class. We didn't do much early on in the class. After she had finished her teaching we played imessgae games. We also played another game, it was pretty fun.
Today in class we read 3 poems and did a multiple choice test. The test was shocking. I was confident in my answers. Yet I made a 44 on the test. I see where I went wrong though. I will do better next time.
Today in class we talked bout comedians. We discussed whether comedians should be able to say what they please. The current event of Will Smith slapping Chris Rock was brought up and we made claims and evidence based around this incident. I think that Will Smith was justified in the slap. He has every right to defend his wife.
Today in class we took a test. the test was based on the book we were reading, "Thank You For Arguing". There were only 15 questions. The test was multiple choice. I missed a few questions, but my grade was an 80. Next time i will read more carefully, and try to work faster.
Today in class we talked about u npopular opinions. This time we wrote down two. We then have selected only one of our two to present. We wrote our opinion on the board and discussed as a class. Beginning with those that agreed to the presenters point, then with those that disagreed. My two unpopular opinions were that high school isn't that difficult, and that online shopping is better than in person shopping. There weren't many controversial topics today.
Today in c lass we went over another prompt. We compared nationality to individuality. We also picked our position on the matter. We decided if we felt they were similar or not. We also decided which one we viewed to be more important. I picked individuality as more important. I also decided that nationality and individuality were somewhat connected. I don't believe that they work hand in hand but they are alike.
